SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

If the Account has not been active for two (2) years, or if You delete the Account, the Personal Data will be deleted automatically, unless it has been anonymized.

You can submit to the CNIL any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of the Privacy Policy, not resolved amicably between the Parties.

It may also be submitted to the competent court within the jurisdiction of the registered office of EtOH Agency, including in matters of summary proceedings, an appeal in warranty or a plurality of defendants, and regardless of Your country of origin.
